How much does a photo booth cost in Vancouver?

Our premium photo booth packages start at $599. Pricing depends on the event size, hours, location, and experience you’re looking for. We focus on delivering studio-quality photos, elegant setups, custom designs, and personalized service that your guests will remember.

How much space is needed for a photo booth?

We recommend a 6 ft x 6 ft space for the best experience, but we can adjust to almost any venue layout. We’ve set up at venues, private parties, outdoor events, and even on boats.

Is an attendant included with every booking?

Yes. Every booking includes an on-site attendant, Carlos, Ana, or both, to make sure everything runs smoothly throughout your event.

Can we customize the photo template?

Absolutely. We can work with your logo, branding, or theme, and also create custom design proposals to make your photos feel unique and professionally tailored to your event.

Do you travel outside Vancouver?

Yes. We work across the Lower Mainland and have also travelled to places like Hope, Kelowna, and Squamish for weddings, private events, and corporate activations.

How many photos do you print?

We print unlimited copies, unlike many competitors, so if there are 10 people in the photo, everyone gets their own print to take home.

Superb photo booth service! Carlos & Anna are very friendly, great with communication, and run an excellent photo booth experience! We’ve had them twice for elementary school events and it’s been the highlight of the evening for our families. They design a photo frame tailored to your event’s theme, and bring fun props and back drop, and Carlos is friendly, high-energy, and efficient at moving the line-up along so everyone gets a turn and great photos. Highly recommend!

Viva Photo Booth was a wonderful addition to our party. Our guests had so much fun taking photos and were thrilled to take home the photo printouts. The backdrop added glam to our daughter's event and was generally a hit across all ages.
